Overall my Easter experience was underwhelming at this hotel. The saving grace was the friendly staff who were welcoming and courteous. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast which was a nice touch and the convenient location that was walking distance to shops and restaurants. the free wifi provided in the room made it easy to stay connected during my stay.

My stay was not all rainbows and sunshine. My room was not cleaned properly before my arrival, with dirty bed sheets and stained towels left in the bathroom.

Having access to hotels guest boat moorings was brilliant, and appears to be very unique to this hotel. We only had to put the boat in once and could leave it over night, and then we were ready to enjoy a lovely drive around the canals the next morning. The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for what we needed. Very happy, and sorry we only stayed one night.

This traditional place has great rooms and a fantastic location, with an apartment that offers a lovely garden view and the added convenience of a supermarket and shops nearby.

The location was great and the rooms were very spacious.

The rooms did smell a bit chemical like bleach. We did air out the rooms.A hairdryer would be great also.

The location and facilities were fabulous as everything was within walking distance. We had a problem with the shower, but we were quickly upgraded to a different apartment, which was available. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel features a beautiful pool overlooking the canal, perfect for enjoying the view while relaxing. The cleanliness of the rooms and the stunning gardens added to the overall positive experience.

didnt get into room until 3.30pm kept getting told different times told by reception would be 2pm. when we did get to room floor was wet. my mother emailed them twice but they decided to ignore the mails and upto date she has had no respnse!

The location and the design of the premises

Some guest had no regard for the comfort of others.

The apartment provided everything needed to have a self-sufficient stay including kitchen facilities with an oven and microwave. It was also conveniently located within walking distance to town center and offered a nice picturesque view.

The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat which affected the quality of sleep. noise was an issue as there were children running and making noise upstairs during the daytime.

The Apartment was very comfortable, just like home.

Floor was a bit sticky from excessive cleaning fluid!

The whole city infrastructure is great we loved it

The accommodation was amazing - spacious, excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, great views.

Good value, secure parking, helpful staff. Close to estuary and town center. Great pool, spacious apartment, with outdoor furniture and daily room service.

The convenience of Quest Mandurah to the city centre was fabulous. Great to walk over the bridge, along the forshore and closeness to cafes. Having IGA and Cellebrations next door just added to the experience.

Probably the units could do with a coat of paint
